South Carolina Jewelers Association had Jim Fiebig as our guest speaker for our annual Fall Operation Springboard seminar. Jim did an outstanding presentation on training for store owners and employees. His knowledge of Profit and Passion with Colored Stones was absolutely great.
His knowledge of colored stones learned from various trips to Madagascar was overwhelming. He held complete attention of the attendees, along with his humor and wit. In fact, we were so delighted with his presentation, that we are having him as a guest speaker at our Spring SCJA/NCJA Convention in April, 2010.
